The same outdated domain appears in the contact details used for account closure and self-exclusion. The licence is verifiable, but the legal documents do not consistently identify the active website.
Closing an Account Can Void the Balance
Posido requires players to complete every withdrawal and reduce the account balance to zero before requesting closure. Its terms state that funds may be voided when a closure request is submitted with money or a pending withdrawal still on the account.
Players should therefore wait until all payments are completed before contacting support about closure or self-exclusion.
Withdrawal Limits Can Change During a Cashout
Posido recalculates VIP status using recent activity and automatically returns inactive accounts to the lowest tier after one month. Because only three withdrawals can remain pending, a large balance may require several separate requests.
