These Community Guidelines apply to player reviews, comments, reports and other user-generated submissions on iGamingPub.
What we want
Useful submissions describe a real experience clearly and specifically. Dates, payment methods, withdrawal amounts, verification steps, support responses and other relevant details can help readers understand what happened.
What is not allowed
- Spam, promotional posts, affiliate links or repeated duplicate submissions.
- Impersonation or false claims about your identity or relationship with an operator.
- Threats, harassment, hate speech or abusive targeting of another person.
- Publication of passwords, payment-card data, identification documents, private addresses or other sensitive personal information.
- Knowingly false allegations, fabricated evidence or manipulated screenshots intended to mislead.
- Malware, malicious links or instructions intended to compromise another user’s account or device.
- Content that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
Reviews from interested parties
Casino employees, agencies, affiliates, competitors and other parties with a commercial relationship should not present themselves as ordinary players. Relevant relationships should be disclosed.
Moderation
Submissions may be held for review, rejected, removed or restricted where they violate these Guidelines, appear fraudulent or duplicate, expose sensitive information, create legal or security risk, or are unrelated to the page on which they were submitted.
Moderation does not mean that iGamingPub independently verifies every statement contained in user-generated content.
Evidence and disputes
For serious payout, account or licensing claims, iGamingPub may ask for supporting evidence. Users should redact unnecessary personal and financial information before sending documents or screenshots.
Reporting content
If you believe a player review or other submission violates these Guidelines, use the available report function or contact us through the Contact Us page with the URL and reason for the report.
Changes to these Guidelines
These Guidelines may be updated as community features, moderation processes or applicable requirements change.
