Spinit does not disclose its current operator, owner or licence holder. We also could not verify any active gambling licence for spinit.com. Adonio N.V.’s Curaçao licence OGL/2023/158/0074 is revoked, while Stellar Ltd still holds an Anjouan licence but spinit.com is no longer listed among its authorised domains. Older MGA, UKGC and Swedish licences belong to the previous Genesis Global version of Spinit.
Spinit is a reused casino brand. In 2020, the UK Gambling Commission listed spinit.com among the domains operated by Genesis Global Limited when that company’s British licence was suspended. Genesis Global’s Malta licence was later cancelled. The current Spinit Terms no longer identify Genesis Global, but they also do not name the company now operating the website or display a gambling licence. Older reviews describing Spinit as a Malta-licensed casino therefore do not describe the regulatory position of the site operating today.
The current Terms add further risk. Withdrawal limits start at €500 per day and €7,000 per month, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, and Spinit can apply a 10% to 15% charge if that requirement is not met. The Terms also state that an account should only be closed after the balance and pending withdrawals are cleared.
