AllReels Casino
AllReels stopped accepting new players in September 2024 and is now listed as closed. This changes the purpose of the review. Current welcome offers, payment methods and game counts are no longer relevant because there is no active product to evaluate or recommend.
The casino was operated by Altacore N.V. and previously used Curaçao licence number 8048/JAZ2019-049. That was a legacy licence from the older Curaçao system, not a current authorisation for an operating AllReels website. Players should not treat old licence references or bonus pages still visible in search results as evidence that the casino remains open.

AllReels Casino Review
AllReels had a standard withdrawal limit of €400 per transaction and €400 per day, with a €10,000 monthly ceiling. The finance department could also set an individual payment schedule based on account activity and other internal factors.
This was the defining weakness of the casino. A €10,800 win required at least 27 banking days at the stated €400 daily maximum. In one documented case, the player initially received only €200 per payment before the limit was reviewed and increased to €400. Even when the casino accepted the balance as legitimate, the player could remain dependent on small scheduled payments for several weeks.
The payment terms gave the finance team considerable control over both the size and timing of withdrawals. A quoted processing period of 24 to 48 hours did not mean the entire balance would be released during that time. It often applied only to the next installment.
Complaints were resolved, but they followed the same pattern
Four formal complaints were recorded and all four were eventually resolved. The disputed amounts were €843, €781, €2,083 and €10,800. The average disputed value was approximately $4,113, with an average casino response time of one day and an average case duration of one week.
The resolution rate is positive, but the complaints were highly consistent. Players described long payment waits, additional account checks and withdrawal schedules that released only a small part of the balance at a time. These were not isolated questions about free spins or a missing deposit. Every recorded case concerned access to winnings.
AllReels therefore had a better record for eventually reaching a resolution than for paying efficiently through its normal cashier process.
