Bitdreams Casino Review
Bitdreams advertises 4-5 hour withdrawal reviews, but the brand has two unresolved five-figure verification disputes in its public history. Both predate the current Grey Goat terms, so we treat them as a warning.
A C$10,540 complaint from 2024 describes almost two months of additional verification after the player says the account had already passed KYC. Five more documents were requested, ending with an alleged request for a friend’s MiFinity statement. The case was closed unresolved after Bitdreams stopped providing updates. An older €28,167 dispute is also unresolved; in that case, the player reported that the account was deactivated while bank-statement verification was still pending.
Those cases predate the current Grey Goat terms. Bitdreams now names Grey Goat Limitada, registration 3-102-930467, as the operator and displays Tobique licence 0000048. The Tobique Gaming Commission currently lists Grey Goat as a B2C license holder through January 2027.
Current verification rules still leave room for a withdrawal to slow down. Enhanced checks can start once cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000, or earlier during random security checks. Bitdreams may request source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence, payment-method ownership and crypto wallet history. Withdrawals remain pending until verification is finished, with no published KYC completion time.
For a verified account, Bitdreams quotes 4-5 hours for normal internal withdrawal processing. Bank transfers can then take up to three days, cards 3-5 days and crypto is usually instant. The minimum withdrawal is €20 and no standard casino-side withdrawal fee is listed. Withdrawals of €15,000 or more within 30 days may be split into instalments, but the Terms do not state the instalment size.
Verdict: Bitdreams looks reasonable for routine, fully verified withdrawals. We would be more cautious with a five-figure balance until the current operation builds a cleaner payout record.
