Cadoola Casino Review
Cadoola remains open for registration and deposits, but its verifiable regulatory record is no longer active. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for cadoola.com identifies Rabidi N.V., company number 151791, under licence OGL/2023/103/0067 and marks the licence as Revoked. Cadoola’s current Terms do not identify a replacement operator or display another licence. Until the site provides a new domain-specific authorisation that can be independently verified, we classify Cadoola as unsafe and do not recommend depositing.
The welcome headline combines four separate deposit bonuses rather than one €800 match. Reaching the full amount requires at least €700 in deposits: €200 to maximise the first stage, €200 for the second, €100 for the third and €200 for the fourth. With x35 wagering applied to each deposit and bonus together, claiming every stage at its maximum creates €52,500 in required betting.
Unlike many multi-stage offers, Cadoola credits the relevant free spins immediately after each qualifying deposit instead of releasing them in daily batches. The complete package contains up to 300 spins, but winnings carry x40 wagering and no more than €100 can be transferred to the real balance from an allocation exceeding 50 spins. Deposit bonuses are separately capped at ten times the bonus amount. The €100 maximum bonus bet is unusually permissive, although Neteller and Skrill deposits do not qualify.
Withdrawals include up to three business days of internal review before the payment provider begins its own processing. Cadoola may start reviewing a later request only after the previous withdrawal has been paid, so three pending cashouts are not guaranteed to move simultaneously. KYC is handled separately and usually takes up to ten days after the player has supplied every requested document and answered the request in full.
At the Bronze VIP level, EUR withdrawals are limited to €500 per day and €7,000 per month. Deposited funds must be wagered once before withdrawal, and at least €20 must be staked during the calendar month of the request. If the deposit turnover is incomplete, Cadoola may remove associated winnings and retain 10% of the latest deposit, rising to 15% for card or bank-funded accounts.
Cadoola also requires every withdrawal to be completed before an account is closed. Its Terms allow the remaining balance to be voided if closure is requested while money or a pending cashout remains on the account. An additional €5 monthly fee may be charged after 180 days without login.
