Casino Infinity allows up to three withdrawal requests to remain pending at the same time, but this does not necessarily mean they are processed in parallel. The Terms allow later requests to be reviewed only after the previous withdrawal has been completed. Splitting a large balance into several requests can therefore create a queue rather than shorten the overall payout time.

The finance department processes withdrawals from Monday to Friday, between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT. A request submitted near the weekend may remain untouched until the next working period, while every subsequent request can inherit the delay of the one before it. The advertised payment-method times should therefore not be read as the complete period from clicking “withdraw” to receiving the funds.

The operator also reserves the right to complete a payout through a different payment method from the one selected by the player. This may be necessary for compliance or technical reasons, but it reduces certainty over both the route and timing of a cashout. Players withdrawing a large balance should avoid assuming that three pending requests will move independently or arrive through the originally chosen method.

Large balances are constrained before the queue even begins

At the published standard limits of €500 per day and €7,000 per month, a €20,000 balance would require at least three monthly payout cycles even if every request were approved without delay. Allowing three withdrawals to remain pending does not increase that capacity: if later requests wait for earlier ones, it only lets the player fill the queue in advance. The practical bottleneck is therefore the combination of the monthly cap and sequential review, not the number of withdrawal requests visible in the account.

Verification can become a system-status problem

One resolved complaint described identification documents being approved and then requested again, despite the player repeatedly submitting them through the upload system, email, live chat and a VIP manager. The issue alleged was not a refusal to complete KYC, but a failure to retain or communicate the verified status across the account, support and finance systems. For withdrawals, that distinction matters: a player can provide every requested document and still remain blocked until the different parts of the platform agree that verification is complete. All three accepted formal complaints are currently marked as resolved, so this does not establish systematic non-payment, but it does show that technical handoffs can become part of the payout timeline.
