The site claims to be operated by Moonseeker SRL and presents Anjouan licence information, but one licence number displayed on its own About page, ALSI-202601043-FI2, belongs to Wild Blackfin Limited SRL in the regulator’s public register. No registry entry linking that licence, Moonseeker SRL and the Casino Stars domain could be confirmed.
The financial rules add further restrictions: withdrawals are capped at €2,500 per week and €10,000 per month, deposit turnover of up to 5x may be required before cashout, and the welcome bonus itself is removed when a withdrawal is requested.
