HappySlots names EverEdge Marketing Solutions SRL as its operator under Kahnawake licence #00942. The same domain also appears in the Anjouan register under 3-102-946282 SRL and licence ALSI-022307003-FI2. The Anjouan entry is still marked Valid, but the displayed expiry date is 17 July 2026. That date has already passed, so the licence status and licence period shown by the regulator currently contradict each other.
The welcome offer is much less attractive once the three-day deadline is included. A €250 deposit produces a €500 bonus, and x30 wagering on the bonus requires €15,000 in qualifying play. The wagering multiplier is not especially unusual; having only three days to clear it is the real restriction.
Withdrawal limits are high enough for most balances, but they matter quickly after a large win. With a €40,000 monthly ceiling, withdrawing €100,000 takes at least three monthly periods even before processing delays are added.
