Jackpota is a social casino rather than a sweepstakes or real-money gambling product. Its current Terms state that Virtual Coins have no cash value and that gameplay does not provide an opportunity to win money or redeemable prizes, except through separately organised no-purchase contests or giveaways. Players can buy additional coins to extend play, access more games or remove advertising, but there is no standard cashout route.

The practical distinction is important because purchases are final. All transactions are made in USD, and Jackpota does not undertake to provide refunds. Virtual Coins remain licensed platform content rather than player-owned funds, and the operator reserves broad authority to adjust or remove balances. Closing or losing access to an account can forfeit the remaining coins, while balances automatically expire after 60 consecutive days without gameplay.

Payment identity rules are strict despite the absence of withdrawals. The name attached to the payment method must match the registered account name. A mismatch can result in suspension, cancelled purchases or a balance adjustment. Chargebacks also trigger account suspension, and the reversed amount becomes a debt that Jackpota requires the user to repay through another payment method.

Disputes are handled contractually rather than through a gambling regulator. The current Terms require a written Notice of Dispute within ten calendar days of the event, followed by an individual informal resolution process and, where necessary, binding arbitration. Users can opt out of the arbitration provision within 30 days of accepting the agreement, but the initial dispute procedure remains mandatory.

Jackpota is therefore suitable only for players who view purchased coins as disposable entertainment spending. It is not an alternative to a casino account where deposits, winnings and withdrawals can be measured in real currency.
