MalinaCasino does not identify its operating company or gambling licence in its current public Terms, and no licence linked to the casino could be verified in the regulator’s public register. For an active real-money casino, that leaves players without a clearly identified legal counterparty or regulator if a withdrawal dispute occurs.
MalinaCasino’s welcome offer requires 35x wagering on the combined deposit and bonus. A €500 deposit with the maximum €500 bonus therefore creates €35,000 in required bets. The 200 Free Spins are released as 20 per day for ten days, their winnings require another 40x, and no more than €100 from the spin component can be converted to cash.
A more serious rule appears outside the bonus section. MalinaCasino says an ordinary account-closure request can only be completed after the balance and pending withdrawals are cleared; requesting closure while money is still present can result in those funds being voided. Entry-level withdrawals are also limited to €500 per day and €7,000 per month, while KYC normally takes up to ten days after all requested documents are supplied.
