MrPacho continues to operate and promote new deposits, but its regulatory status is not current. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for mrpacho.com identifies Rabidi N.V., company number 151791, under licence OGL/2023/103/0067 and marks the licence as Revoked. The CGA enforcement register records the revocation as effective from 11 June 2024. An earlier official registry also described Rabidi N.V. as being in a state of bankruptcy when the licence was revoked. No replacement active licence linked to mrpacho.com was found during this review.
The financial terms remain active and were updated in June 2026. At the lowest VIP level, EUR withdrawals are limited to €500 per transaction, €500 per day and €7,000 per month. A player may hold three pending requests, but the terms allow the financial department up to 96 business hours after a request is submitted and/or after the previous withdrawal has been paid.
