Rooli Uses More Than One Regulatory Structure
Rooli is operated globally by Novatrix SRL, whose current Terms identify Tobique licence 0000002. The same domain is also included in Novatrix SRL’s Anjouan licence, while its Estonian operation is listed separately under Befuria GO OÜ.
The Curaçao licence shown in some older records does not describe the current casino. The Anjouan authorisation is valid until 24 August 2026 and should be rechecked after that date.
KYC Has a Strict Two-Week Deadline
Rooli does not publish a maximum time for completing its own verification review. Instead, the Terms impose a two-week deadline on the player. If the casino cannot reach the player within two weeks of a withdrawal request, it may lock the account and cancel the withdrawal. Failure to pass requested verification within two weeks can lead to account termination and confiscation of the remaining funds. The advertised 72-hour period begins only after approval and should not be treated as the complete withdrawal time.
The Largest Welcome Bonus Has the Tightest Cashout Cap
Claiming the full €4,000 welcome package requires approximately €5,666.67 across four deposits. The cash bonuses carry x45 wagering, creating €180,000 in required turnover before free-spin winnings are considered. Each welcome stage has a €5,000 maximum cashout. This allows up to ten times the €500 first-stage bonus, but only 2.5 times the €2,000 fourth-stage bonus. The largest advertised part of the package therefore has the weakest cashout ratio.
