Leave €1,000 untouched at StarsPlay for three months and the casino can start deducting €100 from the balance every month. Its Terms allow a 10% monthly inactivity charge after three months without account access. After 12 months, the remaining real-money and bonus balance may be removed entirely.
StarsPlay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and withhold funds in several situations, including financial difficulties and activity it considers a reputational, regulatory or financial risk.
The responsible-gambling documents do not agree on how player limits work. The FAQ says an increase or removal of deposit, loss or wagering limits takes effect only after seven days. The General Terms say such changes take effect immediately. One of those descriptions is wrong.
Withdrawals are normally reviewed within 4–5 hours, with up to three days allowed under the Terms. Crypto withdrawals are usually instant after approval, cards are quoted at 3–5 days, and standard deposits and withdrawals carry no casino-side fee.
StarsPlay is operated by Grey Goat Limitada under Tobique licence 0000048, currently listed by the regulator through January 2027.
