Starzino Casino
Starzino has a verifiable Curaçao licence, but its corporate structure, regulatory history and player feedback raise material concerns. Conflicting licence records, Dutch enforcement, payout complaints and restrictive bonus terms keep the overall rating at 2.2/5.

Starzino Casino Review
Active Curaçao Licence, but Two Companies Appear Around the Brand
Starzino.com is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/1497/0884. The licence was issued to Luckywayz Limited B.V. in April 2025 and remains active.
The corporate structure is less clear outside the licence certificate. In March 2026, the Dutch gambling regulator identified the Costa Rican company 3-102-897762 LTDA as the entity offering gambling through Starzino.com without a Dutch licence and issued a cease-and-desist order.
Starzino does not clearly explain how the Costa Rican company relates to the Curaçao licensee or which entity handles player balances and contractual disputes. This gap matters more than the presence of a valid offshore licence alone.
Withdrawal Limits Restrict Large Balances
Starzino’s current withdrawal structure limits cashouts to €5,000 per week and €20,000 per month. A €50,000 balance could therefore take at least three monthly withdrawal cycles to clear, before KYC reviews and payment-provider delays are considered.
The casino also applies a €100,000 daily net-win limit. Any amount above that ceiling may be removed rather than added to the player’s withdrawable balance. This makes Starzino a poor fit for high-stakes play despite its VIP and high-roller positioning.
KYC is required before withdrawal and may include identity, address, payment ownership and source-of-funds checks. Starzino does not publish a dependable maximum verification time, so the displayed payment-method estimates should not be treated as guaranteed end-to-end payout times.
The Full Bonus Requires €2,500 in Deposits
The advertised €1,500 cash bonus is divided between the first two deposits. Claiming the maximum requires a €500 first deposit for a €500 bonus, followed by a €2,000 second deposit for another €1,000.
The €1,500 in bonus funds carries x40 wagering, creating €60,000 in required turnover. Free-spin winnings carry a separate x35 requirement, and the bonus conditions must be completed within seven days.
The headline package is therefore aimed at players prepared to deposit heavily and maintain substantial daily wagering. It offers poor practical value for casual players.
Player Feedback Raises Additional Concerns
Starzino’s Trustpilot rating is unavailable because of a guidelines breach, and the platform states that it removed a number of fake reviews. Of the 440 reviews still displayed, 48% are rated one star.
Individual complaints do not prove systematic non-payment, but the repeated themes are relevant: delayed withdrawals, extended compliance reviews, missing deposits and difficulty receiving updates from support. Combined with the regulatory action and unclear corporate structure, this reputation does not support a four-star casino rating.
