Vegas Mobile Casino Review
ProgressPlay Limited operates Vegas Mobile Casino under MGA/B2C/231/2012 and UKGC account 39335. Both licences are current. In 2025, however, the UK Gambling Commission fined ProgressPlay £1 million for anti-money laundering and customer-interaction failures, added a licence condition requiring an independent audit, and issued a warning. It was the operator’s second UKGC enforcement action after a £175,718 case in 2022.
Vegas Mobile’s Terms classify a single bet above 25% of the player’s initial deposit as a prohibited action. On a €20 initial deposit, that threshold is €5. The same section allows ProgressPlay to close the account and confiscate funds other than unstaked deposits when it determines prohibited or irregular play occurred. Martingale betting and several large-bet-to-small-bet patterns are also specifically prohibited.
Bonus conditions change by GEO. The current UK offer states x10 wagering, while the non-UK version states x50 on bonus money and free-spin winnings. Non-UK bonus winnings are capped at three times the bonus amount, and free-spin winnings at €20. A withdrawal made before wagering is completed removes active and pending bonuses.
Withdrawals are not fee-free. Current Terms charge 1% per withdrawal, capped at £3, and any payment-provider fee is passed to the player. ProgressPlay can also request proof of payment-method ownership, Source of Funds, Source of Wealth and notarised documents if additional AML checks are required.
