Wetten Live Casino Review
Wetten Live currently operates under Grey Goat Limitada and Tobique Gaming Commission licence No. 0000048. The licence holder itself is listed in the regulator’s current B2C register, but several of Wetten Live’s own legal pages still contain terms written for other casino operators.
Three Months Without Login Can Start Eating the Balance
Wetten Live applies an unusually aggressive dormant-account policy. An account with a real-money balance is classified as “paused” after only three months without access. At that point, the Terms allow the casino to deduct 10% of the remaining balance every month.
After 12 months without access, the account becomes “inactive”. The same Terms state that all remaining real-money and bonus balances are then removed.
This makes inactivity materially different from the ordinary fixed dormant-account fee used by many casinos. A €1,000 untouched balance could theoretically lose €100 in the first charged month, with further percentage-based deductions continuing while the account remains paused. Players leaving money at Wetten Live should therefore not treat the casino account as long-term storage.

Wetten Live’s Legal Pages Still Name Other Casino Operators
The current footer identifies Grey Goat Limitada as the Wetten Live operator under a Tobique licence. The contractual documents themselves are considerably less consistent.
The current Accounts, Payouts & Bonuses page repeatedly refers to the casino as “Playboom”. The Self-Exclusion policy says Wetten Live may close accounts on platforms owned by Safelnsub N.V., even though Safelnsub N.V. is not the operator identified in the current footer.
The dispute page creates another mismatch. It correctly displays Grey Goat Limitada and the Tobique licence in the footer, but its escalation link still directs players to Curaçao eGaming rather than the regulator now identified as licensing the casino.
For ordinary play this may never become visible. In a dispute, self-exclusion request or balance issue, however, the identity of the operator and the correct external escalation route are exactly the details that should be unambiguous.

Self-Exclusion Is Not Immediate or Network-Wide
Wetten Live says a self-exclusion request can take up to 48 hours to become effective. Its policy also states that exclusion applies only to the specific site on which the request is made and does not automatically extend to other sites operated by the same group. This is an important limitation for players using self-exclusion as a protective control. The request is neither described as immediate nor as a group-wide block.
