Circa Resort & Casino will once again host Slotapalooza this summer, bringing back what it calls the world’s largest slot tournament and casino slot party.
The event is scheduled for July 18 at the downtown Las Vegas property and will feature a full day of slot tournaments, giveaways, free play offers and casino-wide activations from some of the gaming industry’s biggest slot manufacturers.
The tournament itself will run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with no pre-registration required. Players will compete for various prizes, including a grand prize Game King Poker slot machine. Throughout the day, guests will also receive complimentary free play opportunities tied to participating slot brands.
Several gaming suppliers are joining the event with their own promotions. AGS plans to hand out free play vouchers to up to 200 attendees, while ATI will distribute $25 free play vouchers to as many as 400 guests and hold a $10,000 prize giveaway. Bluberi is preparing a separate $5,000 giveaway along with additional free play offers.
IGT will also provide complimentary free play and run a cruise prize drawing during the event. Other participating manufacturers include Interblock, Light & Wonder and Konami, all of which are expected to offer additional slot promotions and giveaways.
The evening portion of Slotapalooza will turn into a large-scale casino celebration across both gaming floors at Circa. At 7 p.m., every slot machine on the property will be activated ahead of a synchronized first spin planned for 8 p.m. Guests attending the party will also have access to an open bar from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m., alongside Hot Seat prize drawings and more free play rewards.
Circa CEO Derek Stevens said the strong turnout and atmosphere during the inaugural Slotapalooza made the decision to bring the event back an easy one. He added that the company intends to expand the experience further this year and create another major casino attraction for downtown Las Vegas visitors.
