DATA.BET Adds Rapid Crypto Markets and API Access to Prediction Product

Sportsbook technology provider DATA.BET has expanded its Prediction Markets platform with short-duration cryptocurrency markets, new data visualisation tools and direct API integration, marking the first major upgrade since the product launched in April 2026.

The main addition is a crypto-focused “Up or Down” format that allows users to predict whether an asset’s price will finish above or below a predetermined target. Operators can offer the markets across five settlement periods: five minutes, 15 minutes, one hour, four hours and one day.

Unlike longer-term prediction markets tied to political, economic or geopolitical events, the crypto format is designed to settle rapidly and create repeated betting opportunities during a single session. DATA.BET said the approach gives operators an always-available product that does not depend on sporting schedules.

The company has also introduced dedicated widgets displaying current asset prices, target levels on charts and countdowns showing the time remaining until settlement. Its Crypto and Finance sections now provide live and historical pricing for assets including Bitcoin and Ethereum, alongside commodities such as gold and oil.

Probability-history charts have also been added across the wider Prediction Markets platform, with users able to view changes over one-day, one-week, one-month and all-time periods. Market volume information and predetermined settlement conditions are available before bets are placed, giving customers additional information about how each contract will be resolved.

Another significant part of the update is API availability. Prediction Markets was initially offered through an iFrame, but operators can now integrate the product directly through DATA.BET’s API. Existing clients can activate the service using their current odds-feed credentials and Sport Events API connection, removing the need for a separate integration project.

DATA.BET has also made changes to its underlying system, including improvements to content management and further development of its liquidity infrastructure. The company said these measures are intended to improve market stability and speed as activity on the platform increases.

DATA.BET entered the prediction-market sector in April with coverage spanning politics, geopolitics, finance, technology, cryptocurrency, economics, culture and weather. The supplier positioned the offering as a simpler alternative to traditional exchange-style prediction platforms.

The expansion comes as DATA.BET continues to broaden its product portfolio beyond its established esports operations. The company has also been developing tools such as Bet Builder, Hot Bundles and Bet Boost, with an emphasis on giving sportsbook operators more control over how betting products are configured and presented.

With rapid crypto settlement periods and a more flexible integration model now available, DATA.BET is seeking to turn Prediction Markets into a more frequent-use betting vertical rather than a product centred mainly on events that can take days or months to resolve.
