FC Porto Extends Betano Shirt Sponsorship Through 2029 in Expanded Partnership

FC Porto and Betano have agreed to extend their long-running commercial partnership until the end of the 2028/29 season, with the Kaizen Gaming-owned betting brand remaining the Portuguese club’s main sponsor for another three years.

The renewal ensures Betano’s branding will continue to appear on the front of the match and training shirts worn by FC Porto’s men’s first team and B team. In a new addition to the agreement, Betano will also become a sponsor of the club’s women’s side, with its logo featuring on the sleeve as the team prepares for its debut season in Portugal’s top-flight women’s league.

The two organizations first partnered in 2021, before expanding the relationship in 2022 when Betano became FC Porto’s principal shirt sponsor. The latest extension keeps the companies together through 2029, continuing one of the most prominent sponsorship agreements in Portuguese football.

Beyond shirt branding, both parties said they will continue working on fan engagement campaigns, community initiatives and social responsibility projects. FC Porto also highlighted the importance of collaborative projects developed during the partnership, including the club’s InZone initiative, while Kaizen Gaming emphasized its intention to create further experiences for supporters on and off the pitch.

The extension comes as Betano continues to strengthen its presence in international football through a series of high-profile sponsorship agreements. In recent months, the operator has renewed its partnership with AC Sparta Prague until 2029, signed a strategic deal with Tottenham Hotspur, and secured Tournament Supporter status for the 2026 FIFA World Cup across Europe and South America.

For FC Porto, the agreement provides long-term commercial stability as the club continues to expand its brand across both men’s and women’s football, while Betano further reinforces its position as one of the leading sports betting sponsors in European football.
