BETBY Adds ePadel Tennis and eSumo to Growing Esports Portfolio

BETBY has expanded its proprietary esports betting portfolio with the addition of ePadel Tennis and eSumo, continuing a broader push to give sportsbook operators more high-frequency content outside traditional live sporting schedules.

Both products have been introduced through Betby.Games, the supplier’s in-house esports and simulated sports vertical. The new titles are designed to reproduce recognisable elements of their real-world sports while offering short event cycles and continuous betting opportunities.

ePadel Tennis has been developed around the pace of padel, a racket sport that has expanded rapidly across a number of international markets. BETBY’s version includes more than 15 betting markets and supports zero-second bet acceptance, allowing wagers to be processed without an additional acceptance delay. Bets are also settled immediately after the relevant outcome is determined.

The launch gives operators a dedicated simulated product linked to padel rather than incorporating the sport into a broader tennis offering. BETBY sees this as an opportunity to combine growing recognition of padel with the high-frequency format already used across Betby.Games.

eSumo takes a different approach by adapting traditional Japanese sumo into an esports-style betting product. Each match is divided into 10 rounds, with BETBY planning to supply approximately 18,000 eSumo events every month.

The format adds another culturally specific sport to the Betby.Games catalogue. BETBY has previously developed products based on sports with strong regional audiences, including eKabaddi, eVaquejada and eFootvolley. The company has said this strategy allows operators to offer esports-style products that are easier to recognise in individual markets because they are based on established sporting traditions.

BETBY has accelerated the expansion of Betby.Games during 2026. In March, the supplier introduced eHockey, eMMA and eTeqball, with each product designed as a high-frequency simulation available independently of the schedule for live sporting events.

It followed that expansion in May with the launch of a retro-themed “90s” category, which uses pixel-style visuals inspired by older video games while retaining the short-format betting mechanics used across the wider Betby.Games portfolio.

Tennis has also remained an important area of development. BETBY announced an upgraded eTennis product in June covering men’s and women’s competitions modelled on all four Grand Slam tournaments. The supplier said that product was designed to generate around 8,000 matches each month.

The continued product rollout comes alongside growing activity across BETBY’s sportsbook network. The company reported that overall sportsbook gross gaming revenue increased 42.7% year-on-year during the first half of 2026. Active player numbers across partner operators rose 47%, while the number of bets placed increased 21.2%.

Betby.Games has also been contributing to that expansion. According to figures reported alongside the latest product launches, the division recorded a 28% year-on-year rise in gross gaming revenue, supported by a 46% increase in active players and a 14.8% rise in bets placed.

With ePadel Tennis and eSumo now joining its catalogue, BETBY is continuing to broaden Betby.Games beyond conventional esports and the most established simulated sports. The strategy is centred on giving operators a larger selection of always-available betting events while using both globally growing sports and regionally familiar disciplines to attract different player audiences.
