OpenBet has agreed to acquire sportsbook technology provider OmniLogic in a deal aimed at strengthening its position in regulated lottery markets worldwide. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
The acquisition remains subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close later in 2026. Once completed, OmniLogic’s specialist team, primarily based in Győr, Hungary, will become part of OpenBet.
OmniLogic has spent more than a decade supplying sportsbook technology to regulated lottery and betting operators, including members of the World Lottery Association. Its platform supports betting operations across retail, online and mobile channels and includes trading, risk-management and back-office functions.
The deal will give OpenBet additional technical expertise and established operator relationships as it expands its lottery-focused business. OpenBet said the addition of OmniLogic would increase its operational depth while supporting its work with major operators in highly regulated betting markets.
OpenBet president Nikos Konstakis said lotteries remain central to the company’s growth plans. He described OmniLogic’s experience in the sector and its long-standing customer relationships as complementary to OpenBet’s existing sportsbook technology and services.
For OmniLogic, joining a larger international supplier will provide access to OpenBet’s broader product portfolio and resources while retaining the specialist expertise already used by its customers. Co-founders Vicente Torrejón and Dávid Márk Gábor said the combination would allow the business to continue developing its technology with greater scale behind it.
The planned transaction follows a wider period of change at OpenBet. In March 2025, the company completed a management buyout from Endeavor Group Holdings, with OB Global Holdings taking ownership and Jordan Levin remaining chief executive. OpenBet said at the time that the new structure would support further international expansion and product development.
The OmniLogic acquisition continues that expansion strategy, with OpenBet placing particular emphasis on lottery operators and World Lottery Association members as a core segment of its global sportsbook business.
